LoginRadius is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our incredibly successful sales team.

What is the Sales Development Representative role?
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key part of LoginRadius’ growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales leads for the Global Account Executives. You will manage all inbound lead activity in your territory and qualify active buying interest in prospect accounts. You will also coordinate with the Global Account Executives to determine accounts that require research and additional outbound prospecting activities to secure a sufficient flow of sales qualified leads.
This is a full time position. Successful SDRs may be eligible for promotion to Global Account Executive within 8-12 months.


Responsibilities:
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop outbound leads to create sales-ready leads.
Interact with prospects via telephone and email
Research accounts, identify key players, and develop accounts to stimulate buying interest
Effectively document sales leads to build the Global Account Executive’s interest and understanding about potential opportunities
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
Become a trusted resource for, and develop superior relationships with, prospects and Global Account Executives
Generate new sales leads through well-targeted outbound calling
Update prospect interaction in salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management
Consistently achieve sales qualified lead, meeting, and opportunity quotas to support revenue objectives
Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous lead management and nurturing process optimization


Required Skills:
You’re motivated and driven with a great attitude and work ethic
You have a strong interest in tech, expressed by the ability to easily pick up new web technologies and clearly explain complicated ideas to a non-technical audience.
You have incredible attention to detail
You thrive in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player
You have an extremely high level of integrity
You’re comfortable using standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, Google applications, etc)
You love talking on the phone and are willing to complete 50+ emails and outbound phone calls a day
You’re comfortable with lead qualification, objection handling, and territory management


Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
You have 1-2 years of B2B sales development experience
