Onboarding Specialist

The Role

This position requires the ability to perform detail oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality. As a member of the Onboarding team, you will work closely with our Sales team and processing partners to ensure that our new customers are setup quickly and accurately. You must possess excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working in back-office environment within banking and/or payments industry is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure applications are accurate and complete
• Ensure applications are submitted to processing partners in timely manner
• Manage onboarding pipeline of new customers from complete application to account setup
• Help develop and refine onboarding processes to ensure an overall positive customer experience

Skills and Expertise

• University degree, college diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and self-disciplined
• Organized with strong ability to prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Happy to work in a fast growth, hard working environment
• Previous experience working in back-office environment an asset
• Previous experience working in banking and/or payments industry an asset
• Proficiency in Salesforce an asset
