So what do we do when we aren’t performing in our band, eating take out and bbqing on a Friday afternoon?

We work across all major databases and CMMSs creating out-of-the-box accessory maintenance solutions that are integrated with our product partners systems – Oracle E-Business, Oracle JDE, SAP, IBM Maximo and Infor. We work primarily in a Microsoft Solutions environment, using C#, ASP.Net and SQL.

And with a range of software technologies that might not even exist yet. We are constantly adopting new approaches and innovating our solutions. What we use today might not be what we use tomorrow.

Here’s who we need:

We need a Senior .NET Developer to design, develop and deliver commercial quality web-based, desktop and mobile applications. A developer with experience implementing and integrating ERP systems. Someone with a strong knowledge base in best practices and coding quality. A mentor for our junior team members. A visionary who can look at the product through the customer’s eyes and rapidly break down what needs to be done. A Senior Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who has a proven record of quickly learning new technologies and solutions. Someone who can Twist and Shout best practices for integrating with SAP:

What you will do as our new Senior Software Developer aka Band member will do:

• Create harmony and melody. You will design and develop new releases, functionality and features.
• Solo. You will rapidly build prototypes and working demos to support our sales and product team.
• Collaborate. You will work with the larger project teams to gather and translate requirements into solutions. You will look at the solution from the customer’s perspective to inform your approach.
• Expand your mobile skills. You will hone your skills developing for iOS.
• Tune. You will maintain existing ASP.Net applications.
• Lead the band. You will guide and coach junior developers, providing support and expertise where needed.
• Improvise. You will reproduce customer issues to understand root causes and assist with testing.
• Plan the tour. You will support the dedicated deployment team with the software installation process.
• Drop the mic. You will provide third-level technical support for customers.

Here’s how we know you are the new Snr. .NET Developer, you have:

• The education. You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technology field.
• The experience. You have 5 years designing and developing commercial software solutions.This role does not require ERP integration experience directly, rather an open mind and some hands on experience with enterprise module builds or implementations.
• The knowledge. You have a solid understanding of Database concepts, including Oracle DBMS.
• The technical expertise. You have strengths developing solutions using Visual Studio and .Net framework. You have expertise in Microsoft C#, WPF and related technologies as well as a strong command of SQL, PL/SQL.
• The standards. You know the level of perfection required for B2B products and exceeding customer expectations. You are guided by coding consistency and best practices in development.
• The direct experience. You have experience with Enterprise Asset Management and/or ERP systems. And integrating data into any of: Oracle EBS/EAM, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft or SAP.
• The mobile exposure. You have experience developing for iOS.
• The leadership. You enjoy mentoring and coaching junior developers, offering guidance on coding quality and best practices.
• The soft skills. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• The autonomy. You can work with minimal oversight and play an active role as a knowledge contributor to the team.
• The flexibility. You have a solid foundation of knowledge but you adapt quickly to change and learn new technologies and approaches rapidly. You can move fluidly from one product to another.
• The talent. You are a talented band member. Literally or figuratively, you are the best in the business and the motivation to grow and expand your skills.
