The Company


Predictable Revenue is a profitable, fast growth international technology company with offices in the Gastown area of Vancouver, BC and Santa Monica, California. Built in partnership with Aaron Ross author of the award-winning and best-selling book of the same name (Predictable Revenue), we’ve created a SaaS product that enables companies to rapidly accelerate their sales. We’re looking for passionate people to join our energetic Vancouver based Account Strategy team who coach and support our clients in how to use our product.


Responsibilities & Requirements


You will initially be looking after a small number of clients under the guidance of a senior strategist. The senior strategist will act as your mentor and guide you through your initial training. This is your chance to work with some of the most experienced outbound prospecting strategists in the industry. You’ll receive world class training (including a weekly call with Aaron Ross), exposure to awesome clients, and have the opportunity to travel.


What you’ll be getting up to:


Help our clients build their outbound lead generation campaigns (messaging, customer profile, target industries)
Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements
Build prospecting lists using our data suppliers and partners
Deliver clients qualified leads for potential new customers
Manage conversations in our clients inboxes

Personal ambitions, whether it be winning a world class League of Legends championship or becoming a certified Bikram yoga instructor; we want people who will add their interests and experience to our thriving culture
A passport and the ability to work in the USA (this is not a necessity)


The Details


This is a full-time role based in Vancouver, but the hours and location are flexible. We’re passionate about our people and our culture. We understand things can get stressful so we give as much back as possible. Impromptu off-site lunches, Friday drinks, support for personal time, bottomless coffee (aka “rocket fuel”), office nibbles, quadcopters (until they break), and a roaming minstrel / CEO entertaining us with his acoustic guitar.


We’re offering a competitive compensation of salary and bonuses where you will start off on the same pay as our CEO.
