The best person for this six-month opportunity at will have a sincere love and passion for running the administration of an office and warehouse, but also be proactive and happy to help our printing process to run smoothly, jumping in where necessary to help out. Everything from answering phones, ordering supplies, office work, to jumping into the production line in the warehouse to lift or stack boxes, print t-shirts or stickers, fold, ship, pick, pack – you name it. Timeframe: This is a 6-month temporary contract with part-time to full time hours. As we are starting to really grow, we anticipate the possibility of full time and permanent opportunities for the right candidate.


What are the Responsibilities?


Manage incoming emails, phone calls from manufacturers, clients and customers while providing an exceptional and friendly experience
Work with the Core Team on a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to processing of licenses, filing paperwork, ordering, collecting and storing promotional/sample materials, working with manufacturers etc.
Care for the facility and get into the trenches to keep the office well organized from reception, filing, clean up and helping staff with their office and warehouse needs.
Learn and be able to employ all the steps to our printing process pipeline from picking through to printing, shipping and more
Fill and verify T-shirt and other printed orders accurately
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s
Upload content to our Content Management System (CMS).
Monitor email inboxes and forward emails to the correct stakeholder
Provide support and needed information to all end users and team members
Assist in US and Canadian shipments
Provide excellence in all levels of support to all end-users


Qualifications
What do I need to have to be ready for this opportunity?


Minimum 50 WPM and awesome writing skills
1+ years office administration experience
Consistent experience meeting KPI’s (service levels)
Possess a passion for serving people, going above and beyond and making it right for the customers
Proficiency with MS Office suite especially excel and extensive experience using the Internet
Willingness to lift 30 pounds frequently (boxes of t-shirts) and continuously stand and bend
Strong communication skills with team-members, leads and the ability to operate with minimal supervision
A talent for identifying problems and related solutions that may hinder customer and team satisfaction
Ability to take initiative in helping keep the office and warehouse organized
Trustworthy, organized, reliable and has a positive outlook in life
You live in commutable distance to our North Commercial Drive warehouse area as this position is based on-site


Bonus Qualifications:


Contact and call centre experience (email, live chat and phone)
Retail experience especially in the sale of apparel
Warehouse and shipping experience
