Marketing Coordinator

at Eventbase in Vancouver

We’re seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator who can help us execute our variety of marketing initiatives across North America – including trade shows, content creation, digital marketing and reporting. This position is available full-time in our office in Yaletown, Vancouver.

At least one year experience in a marketing position, preferably in the tech industry
Marketing degree (preferred) or certificate
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
On the job training will be provided
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Experience And Skills
Events: Manage end-to-end logistics, promotion and presence at tradeshows and hosted client events
Social Media: Contribute to engagement across the Eventbase social channels
Content Marketing: assist with content development initiatives from concept to execution including research and writing compelling content for use in promotions, blog posts, social channels, etc.
Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Coordination: Liaise with internal and external resources for campaign scheduling, approvals, copy and graphical assets, product requests, edits, translations, etc.
Administration: provide support for a variety of existing programs as needed, including budget tracking, research, and other duties.
