Senior Product Manager
at Eventbase in Vancouver
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help Eventbase maintain and grow our position as the global leader in mobile event technology. This position will work with leadership to help drive our product direction, interface with clients and collaborate with our internal teams to implement process and structure as we grow this team. This is a full-time position working out of our Vancouver head office.
Ideate new product ideas for management approval
Collect and evaluate product ideas from internal and external stakeholders
Help determine business value, work with technical team to understand effort, and use this information to help establish company product priorities
Iterate existing products to improve their KPIs
Manage a team of direct reports working on product and feature management
Measure success of existing products and investigate methods to improve
Know our customers better than anybody else
Act as the company’s internal voice of customer groups
Assist in recommending product price points
Research current trends and competitors to ensure our products remain the best in the market
Ensure all internal teams have a clear and consistent understanding of our products and their value
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Experience And Skills
4+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated success in building new software products and iterating on existing ones
Experience managing a team
Experience with data-driven product management
Experience with Agile
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Impeccable communication skills
