The Opportunity: Technical Support Rockstar for Fast Forms

Our philosophy is that a team that is engaged with their work and is super passionate about helping customers solve their problems delivers the best customer service! You will be joining our startup team within Visual Antidote to provide technical support for our Software as a Service (SaaS) product called Fast Forms. Fast Forms is a web app built to integrate with the Salesforce CRM platform.

What are we looking for in our technical support rockstar?

● Go to great lengths at answering calls from our customers as well as supporting them over live chat and email
● Creating an extraordinary experience for customers- giving them super awesome technical support for Fast Forms
● Showing customers how much we appreciate them: kind words, ever-readiness to help, surprising customers with an Easter egg every once in a while!

Must have skills:
● Love, love, love working with people
● Feel passionate about solving problems
● Resilience to work with 15-20 customers and Fast Forms leads in a particular day
● Patience when a client is having issues that are not always easy to resolve
● Basic web development/coding skills: HTML, CSS, Javascript
● Strong verbal and written communication skills: Spoken and written English proficiency is a must

Nice to have skills & education:
● Basic Salesforce knowledge
● Experience in customer service
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma
● QA experience
● C# coding experience
● Experience supporting SaaS applications
