What we’re looking for:
Our team is growing quickly, we are set to double in size this year and we need an amazing Office Coordinator to keep us organized. Are you enthusiastic, outgoing and customer service obsessed? Do you naturally find opportunities for improvements and jump right in? If so, our Office Coordinator role might be the perfect fit for you.

We are looking for that special person who will be our culture champion and Jack/Jill of all trades. As the day to day coordinator of our office operations, you’ll be constantly challenged and pulled in many different directions and we want all these interactions to be filled with positivity, humor and fun. You need to be organized and capable of administering all aspects of running and maintaining our office.

Because we are in the social media space, it’s critical that you are passionate about social media, we’d love to see what you do on Instagram, Snapchat or Pinterest so don't forget to include that on your application.

As our Office Coordinator you will…

-Play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional employee, candidate and visitor experience.
-Lead day-to-day operations – including greeting visitors, liaising with vendors and suppliers, tidying the kitchen and keeping it well supplied and generally ensuring our environment is in tip-top shape!
-Constantly look for opportunities to improve Later, our processes and best practices – you will be challenged to be a part of creating a lean & efficient admin system!
-Be a key part of making Later a fun place to work – you will plan & support events, research new perks & programs and constantly be on the lookout for interesting partnerships in our community.
-Make employees lives easier by assisting with travel bookings and supporting them in completing their expenses.
-Create, update and “own” all employee resources related to admin, facilities and events.

We’re looking for someone who:

-Works well in a small team and appreciates openness and the ability to truly affect the company’s direction.
-Has exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a sense of humor and positive outlook.
-Has some experience with HR admin tasks such as new employee forms, scheduling candidate interviews and acting as our benefits liaison.
-Is proficient with Mac OS, Quickbooks, Google Sheets (Excel), and be open to learning new software as needed.
-Is a wizard with Google Docs and keeping e-files in order within Google Drive.
-Fluent in spoken and written English, communication at all levels is critical to success in this role.
-Extremely organized, dependable, energetic, and self-starting.
-Has a minimum 2 years' experience in an office environment.
