This role is for the hustlers. For the person who wakes up wanting to sell and goes to bed wanting to close 1 more deal. 75% of your time you will be on hunt - working different angles to generate meetings and close deals. 25% of your time will be doing whatever I need you to do to help the company grow (article writing, marketing, account setup, finance related tasks etc.) Everyone in the office is a "Swiss Army Knife"...

Here are some of the things that you will be doing:

1. Cold calls and emails to prospective clients to setup virtual and in-person meetings
2. Completing virtual demos and selling the software
3. Assisting in product iterations to influence development road map
4. Travelling to trade-shows and doing city visits to meet with doctors.

Base salary ranges from 24K - 60K (depending on prior experience) w/ OTE, commission and bonuses of up to $3000/month and equity in the company. We have a very systematic approach to salary... You basically have to bring in 50% of your monthly salary in MRR and anything more, you get bonuses. If you are a hustler and can go the extra mile making phone calls, sending emails, and being active on LinkedIn, the sky is the limit.
