As Product Manager, you’ll play an integral role in defining exactly what our platform becomes, and will actively help our team turn that vision into a reality. You’ll be involved from concept to launch and analysis of a wide array of features spanning our entire platform, and will collaborate with everyone from engineering and design to marketing and support to succeed.

You’ll be responsible for leading the charge when it comes to what we’ll build next, and you’ll do it all with a customer-first mindset.

Some of your typical responsibilities might look like:

  • Researching market best practices and analyzing the competitive landscape
  • Talking to customers and organizing their feedback to inform product decisions
  • Using exploratory analytics analysis to spot trends, uncover pain points and expose opportunities for growth
  • Planning strategically at a high level to shape product roadmaps
  • Writing detailed specifications for new features that will be implemented
  • Conducting feature mockup reviews and user tests
  • Evaluating third-party tools as potential integration partners
  • Coordinating responsibilities and timelines between Design, Engineering, QA, – Marketing and Support for new feature launches
  • Coordinating and analyzing feature launches using A/B tests, beta releases and other methods
  • Managing and prioritizing the product and bug backlogs

Here are a few hints you might be the person we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in a product management role at a software company (SaaS preferred)
  • You have a technical background that allows you to interface intelligently with developers
  • You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • You’re a persuasive leader who can get buy-in from teammates and sell a compelling vision
  • You’re comfortable with task switching and have no problems being flexible with your time —every day brings new challenges and you love solving them
  • You can empathize with the customer and put yourself in their shoes
  • You’re detail-oriented and have some experience with project management
  • You’re open to all types of feedback, especially negative feedback (you see them as opportunities to learn and improve)
  • You’re analytical and number driven (you’re comfortable in spreadsheets and data tools)
