Client Care Manager

Is your happy place standing in line at the bank on Friday afternoon? If so, please close your browser. If not, read on.
We’re Grow. We’re a data-driven, technology-enabled online lending platform. That’s a fancy way of saying we sell kick-ass loans on the internet.
As a Client Care Manager, you’ll be on the frontlines interacting with our current and prospective clients. You’ll eat, sleep, and breathe the sales pipeline. (Not literally — if you ate all of our leads that would be weird.) Working closely with our credit team to analyze applications, you’ll verify the identity and personal information of applicants, and guide them through the borrowing process.
Your primary goal will be to create as much goodwill with folks as possible. You’ll be a steward of the Grow brand, realizing that each interaction with somebody presents an opportunity to improve their day, and help them solve a problem. You’ll achieve all this knowing you’re making a real difference in the lives of Canadians by turning the banking industry on its head to serve customers’ best interests for a change. Needless to say, positivity and tenacity are desired traits.
How you’ll spend your time:
- 60% sales and customer service
