Invoice Simple is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in a mission to help small businesses owners succeed! Our Customer Success Specialist will be be responsible for the overall customer experience and play a key role in crafting our customer service program.

Key Outcomes

The Customer Success Specialist will:
● ensure all our customers have exceptional experiences by staying on top of all ● customer issues/feedback and using these as input to improving our product and processes
● create customer support content and tutorials
● develop scalable customer experience processes
● implement methods to best measure customer happiness
● manage and train the 1st level reps and ensure their work is meeting the standards
● resolve any escalated tickets from 1st level reps

Requirements for Success

● Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in relevant area
● 2 years experience in an (ideally online) high-volume customer support role
● Experience working with ticketing systems and online customer messaging platforms (experience with Intercom is an asset)

● You are well-adept in communication technology – the type of person who can text 10 people at once
● You love to solve problems, taking on and completing tasks quickly and efficiently
● You are an exceptional listener that can easily distill the actual problem the user is having and clearly and concisely create a solution.
● You have a naturally positive and calming attitude, putting everyone you encounter at ease
