What are we looking for?
We are seeking a self-motivated and captivating marketing and sales director with a focus on delivering results. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in building and executing the marketing plan and achieving our ambitious corporate memberships and general revenue growth objectives for our vibrant start-up. The primary role of this individual is to implement and maintain marketing strategies while utilizing current and new social media tools and old-fashioned networking in order to prospect for new corporate partnerships. They must build strategic relationships and provide support that continually improves the relationship.
The Ideal Candidate(s):
Dynamic personality & able to suitably represent our brand image
Solid understanding of marketing principles, knowledge of online technology with particular interest in blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, mobile and other emerging trends
In-depth knowledge of various sales techniques
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity goals
Excellent client service and relationship skills
Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills

A desire to grow with a fun, high-energy company
5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and business development
Identify business opportunities and create a plan for increasing market share
Build creative marketing campaigns and maximize marketing dollars
Work with each location manager to ensure brand messaging is on point
Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and following up in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Develop RFPs as part of sales presentations
Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, participate to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
